This Privacy Policy describes how SetMerge: Product Bundles ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and discloses your information when you install or use our Shopify Application in connection with your Shopify-supported store.

When you install the App, we automatically access certain types of information from your Shopify account via Shopify’s APIs:

• Merchant Account Information: Your store name, email address, myshopify.com domain, and store preferences required to provide our service.
• Product and Catalog Data: Information about your products, variants, collections, pricing, and inventory needed to create and configure product bundle widgets.
• Order & Cart Information: Data related to cart line items and bundle orders placed by end-customers to process discounts and display bundle order analytics within the app dashboard.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information solely for the purpose of operating and optimizing the App, including:

• Generating and rendering product bundle widgets on your storefront.
• Applying correct bundle discounts and managing dynamic variant selections at cart and checkout.
• Displaying order summaries and bundle performance metrics in the Merchant Admin.
• Providing customer support and troubleshooting technical issues.

3. Data Sharing and Third Parties

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal or store data to third parties. We only share information with third-party service providers (such as secure cloud hosting and database providers) to the extent necessary to run the Application securely.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain store data for as long as the Application remains installed on your store. Upon uninstalling SetMerge: Product Bundles, we automatically delete your store configurations and personal data in accordance with Shopify’s app uninstallation webhooks and privacy requirements within 48 hours.

5. Security

We take reasonable and industry-standard security measures to protect your store data and end-customer information against unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction.

6. Your Rights

If you are a merchant operating in the European Economic Area (EEA) or California, you have rights under applicable privacy laws (such as GDPR or CCPA) to access, correct, or request deletion of personal information held by us. Requests can be submitted via the contact details below.
